Never seen two incumbents (Cash and Bauer) get beaten so soundly, each garnering about 1/3 of the vote. Shocked Cash didn’t at least force a runoff.

I thought Bauer and Hazard did a pretty good job. The winds of change are clearly far more powerful than the promise of Digital 395. The Tri-Valley area in particular will miss Hazard.
