Mammoth passes 500″ mark; still more snow on the way

Since March 18, Mammoth Mountain is reporting that it has received 63-100 inches of snow, easily pushing it over the 500 inch mark for the season. The total, as of March 22 is 535 inches, according to www.mammothmountain.com, and shows no signs of stopping there. At least another 6-10 inches is forecast to fall in the next 36 hours.
