Biggest Loser Health Camp

It’s that time of year again; time for the Biggest Loser Health Camp at Snowcreek Athletic Club. The program is unique because it not only offers traditional strength training and cardio-respiratory conditioning, but it also incorporates yoga, meditation and breathing into the four day per week training sessions. The program is six weeks and participants will start and finish together in their quest for weight loss and more importantly, improved health! Educational lectures are part of the course, and include the psychology of weight loss, an actual cooking class at Elegant Bed and Bath taught by Stellar Brew owner, Andrea Jones, and health screening by Mammoth Hospital. The Camp is led by personal trainer Kathy Dolan and yoga instructor Scott Saltsman.

Sign ups end April 26, and the trainers will lead an evening orientation Wednesday, April 28. Camp starts Monday, May 3.

Contact Snowcreek Athletic Club, 760.934.8511 ext. 107 for more information or visit www.SnowcreekAthleticClub.com
