The stars from the renowned Mammoth High School Drama Department will be out and shining in their upcoming production of the highly acclaimed rock ‘n roll musical “Starmites,” which opens May 19.

“Starmites” is one of the most popular high school plays being performed across the country. With great music and lyrics by Barry Keating based upon the book by Stuart Ross and Barry Keating, this fun-filled musical comedy is about a bunch of bumbling superheroes who battle against the evil nemesis Shak Graa and the Tina Turner-like Diva with her butt-kicking Banshees.

The show plays nightly at 7 p.m. this week through Saturday, May 22, and continues the next weekend, May 26-29.Tix: $10/adult, $5/kids, available at the door.
