More than 250 kids from 14 schools, competed on Friday, Feb. 4 in the Mammoth Classic at Tamarack Lodge. The day was bright and warm for the high school and middle school athletes, and the home turf was an advantage for the Mammoth racers who ranked well in all divisions.

Alex Picken came in fifth for High School boys with Will Stimson right behind him, grabbing sixth. High School girls Laurel Fiddler and Joelle Romo also had an exciting race, picking up third and fourth place, respectively.
