Mammoth loses Tom Greenstein

Friends and business associates were shocked to learn of the passing of Mammoth Lakes local Tom Greenstein, 41, who was found unresponsive and without vital signs in his home by Mono County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Thursday, Dec. 15, at approximately 4:15 p.m.
Mammoth Lakes Police Department and Mono County Paramedics were dispatched, and when units arrived on scene, it was determined that Greenstein was deceased. Cause of death is currently being investigated by the Mono County Coroner, and pending autopsy and toxicological results.
