Ellie Randol quilt

The Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary is home to a sewing group (Shepherd’s Flock). The sewing circle, created by Maxine Shepherd some 15 years ago, is an important part of the MHA. Ten or twelve of Shepherd’s Flock have created a beautiful Community Quilt in honor of Ellie Randol, another community leader who recently passed away. The quilt is being raffled off for the benefit of the MHA and the hospital.

While the quilt has been displayed at the library (above), it is now relocated back to the Cast Off, where you can purchase a raffle ticket if interested. The raffle will take place at a Dec. 12 Auxiliary meeting. –Jan Daigle
