Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra hosted another extremely successful Island Extravaganza on Saturday, Dec. 8. This year’s Cajun and Mardi Gras theme along with music from Gator Beat made it the best Island Extravaganza yet, according to DSES event organizers. As the organization’s largest fundraiser, all proceeds from the event support outdoor recreation for people with physical and cognitive disabilities.
