King cobra on the loose

They paid their kicker. He tore his ACL. They picked up another kicker, He tore up his leg, too. So they trade a 6th round pick for another sorry kicker and guarantee him $2.5 million. What?? Then cut his sorry ass after four games and four misses. Pick gone, money gone, kicker gone … should be head coach and GM gone.
The Eagles offense averages 22 minutes in time of possession per game. For the mathematically challenged, that leaves nearly 40 minutes a game that the defense is on the field. How are you going to win like that, beating down your defense? The Eagles defense is bad because they are gassed and they’re doing it to themselves.
NFL blew the call in the Monday Night Seahawks game. Reaction: NFL says no big deal.
The NFL is about as honest as any other political party. That is all they are now. If you want your kids to see integrity … don’t let them follow the NFL.
Funny thing is, every official who retires becomes an expert for a network and disagrees with every call that they were also making when they were protecting the league. Bullshit.
Speaking of NFL bull, do you believe they care about safety? I don’t. Here are a couple of policies that completely contradict their claim to give a damn about safety:
1. The injury report. Why is it necessary to have a public injury report? So everyone can know who is hurt and exactly where to kick or punch them? No, it’s for gambling. Which has nothing to do with player safety. If you want to protect the players, then require an injury report be sent to the league that is held PRIVATE.
2. Thursday night games. INSANE. Those players are killing themselvess with quick turnarounds on Thursday night games. If they have Thursday night games there should be two bye weeks to use around your Thursday night game.
3. Inactive list. Why are you allowed to have 53 players on your active roster, but only have 45 of them active on game day? What kind of stupid rule is that? And you have 10 players on the practice squad. You want player safety, let everyone dress for the game. Who gives a damn if you have extra players on the sidelines? You think you get a competitive advantage because the other team hasn’t prepared for your ninth string Tight End? Stupid.
You wonder why players and coaches hide injuries? Because they don’t have enough dressed players sometimes to cover for in-game injuries.
Picture this … a press conference. Lots of rednecks hungry for new blood. A burnt orange tarp hangs in the background. A portly, snide-looking little smart-ass who thinks he is the smartest person in the room walks to the podium and sneers at the person in charge because he has to lower the microphone for his fat little ass.
Some jackass from the background announces “Please welcome the new Head Coach of the Texas Longhorns … Chip Kelly.”
Keep that picture because it will probably happen next month. Charlie Strong will be fired soon and Chip Kelly’s mystique is done. If I were the Eagles I would trade Kelly to the University of Texas for Charlie Strong and some smoked brisket. I love brisket.
The Dolphins finally fired Head Coach Joe Philbin. Took long enough. He sucked. Anyone who watched the Dolphins profiled on Hard Knocks could tell he sucked. Why were they wasting time with him? The Dolphins are a disaster. Like the Texans, they chose to make their major investment of the offseason a defensive lineman. A $100 million defensive lineman.
But here is another thing about Philbin. His coaching staff was so bad the only choice they had on staff to replace him with is the tight ends coach. What? Not the offensive coordinator, not the defensive coordinator, not even the QB coach or linebackers coach. Rather, the person who coaches 2 people on the team and maybe an extra defensive lineman gets the job.
Miles Jack is one of the best college football players in America. He tore his knee up and is missing the whole year. So he decided to drop out of college and declare for the NFL draft … yesterday. The draft is May. He is too stupid to breathe. Unless he was failing every class except for SEX and FOOTBALL, he should have kept his dumbass in school. He can rehab and they pay for it and he has facilities and doctors. But no, he is going back to Bellevue, Washington, from UCLA to do his rehab. How about you keep your stupid ass in school and get a degree in case you never play again. If he were my kid he would be going back to UCLA on the end of my shoe.
Baseball purists (old, grumpy, sexist, racist white men) are attacking some female because she became the first woman to call a Major League Baseball playoff game. Really? Baseball sucks. A dying sport being held back by idiots. I don’t even watch until the playoffs. Then I watch sparingly.
A 10-foot long king cobra was loose in a city. The owner of the snake let it get loose somehow. Now a king cobra is a LARGE and dangerous snake, it’s not a stray cat. The city wasn’t Bangladesh either, it was MIAMI, FLORIDA. What? What do you do with a pet King Cobra? Pet it? Milk It? How is that legal?
And they didn’t report it missing right away. If I lived in his neighborhoood I would burn his house down when he wan’t home. What else does he have … a lion?
But it gets better, the snake was found under someone else’s dryer in their garage. Can you imagine you or your kid getting bit by a cobra in your garage because the jackass down the road let it loose. Not done yet, the wildlife people who caught it used some chip technology to find the owner and GIVE IT BACK TO THE OWNER. Please explain why it is legal to own that thing and why they gave it back. At the least they should say they are not responsible enough to own it and destroy the thing. And the owner was posting on Facebook how happy he is that it’s back unharmed and no one got hurt. Those people are too stupid to breathe. And the law is messed up.
