The Big Pine Tribe Wellness Center hosted an open house on October 3rd. Local residents and visitors were given a tour of a wellness center that features about every type of exercise equipment imaginable. Residents and visitors toured the facility and had a chance to test out some of the equipment. Cori Stearns says that visitors can get a “free day pass” to come in and find out how they like the facility. Monthly membership is just $35 a month.

The wellness center will also offer several exercise and yoga classes. It even has a room with a kitchen that can be rented out for parties or meetings.

The Wellness Center is located at 545 Butcher Lane in Big Pine. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. For more information, stop by or call 760.938.2800.
