TAGGERS GET TAGGED

At 8:40 pm on August 3, Mammoth Lakes Police officers were dispatched to the area of Horseshoe Lake for a report of an alleged vandalism in progress.

Upon arrival, officers contacted a male and female subject in the parking lot; both subjects were from Los Angeles. A check of the area revealed significant spray paint or “tagging” damage to a historic cabin.

Following an investigation by responding officers, the two subjects were booked into the Mono County Jail under charges of felony vandalism.
