Larry Robinson killed

Musician Larry Robinson, 64, was fatally beaten during a March 23 robbery at Pete’s Guitar Shop in Temecula, Calif. Robinson was well known to many music fans in the June Lake Loop, lately for his performances at the June Lake Loop Music Festival.

One of the festival’s first artists, he was called a friend of June Lake. Robinson was first known as one of the principle members of the June Lake Band, Blue Heaven and the Rainbow Girl back in the ‘70s. The June Festival was planning on inviting Robinson back this year to share new songs he’d been working on.
