Old Mammoth Road Wine Walk and Craft Beer Tasting
Sip and savor the Old Mammoth flavor during the inaugural Old Mammoth Wine Walk and Craft Beer Tasting on Saturday, June 22.
“We want to reintroduce people to Old Mammoth Road,” explained one of the event’s organizers, Cathleen Calderon. “We want to remind them that Old Mammoth Road is a great place to go hang out.”
Wine walks have become popular in Mammoth over the years, but this will be the first stroll down Old Mammoth Road.
“There will be pop-up vendors from Footloose to Sierra Design Studio,” Calderon explained.
Live music and animation will round out the event. For those who just don’t feel like walking (perhaps you’re saving you legs for the Mammoth Half Marathon the morning after the wine walk), the Mammoth Lakes Trolley will be running throughout the event, with Fiddlin’ Pete performing live from vehicle.
Local vendors will provide the wine, beer and food, and merchandise will be on display. Purchase a wristband for the event for $20, which includes tasting beer and wine and munching on hors d’oeuvres at each stop, once.
The event runs from 4-8 p.m. Questions call 760.914.3122.
