Mighty Mites, Coach Connie Moyer, and Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation Executive Director Lindsay Barksdale celebrate Super Bowl weekend

Mighty Mites, along with coach Connie Moyer, took to the slopes over the Super Bowl weekend with not only their skis, but also with the unlikely addition of footballs.

Moyer had her kids pair up, one skiing with a football between their legs, the other skiing behind to pick up any “fumbles.” Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation Executive Director Lindsay Barksdale, an ardent Seahawks fan, greeted the group at the bottom of the run for a photo and a few practice passes.
