Sledding, skiing, snowboarding and similar activities are not permitted on the Eureka Sand Dunes or Marble Sand Dunes for the protection of plant species.

Sledding is allowed on all other dunes inside Death Valley National Park, including Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes near Stovepipe Wells.
