The April 7 Town Council meeting begins at 5 p.m. tonight with a joint study session between the Council and the Planning Commission.
The Old Mammoth Place district zoning amendment public hearing is on the agenda for the regular meeting. A total of two hours has been allocated for the public hearing, and if more time is needed the item will be continued. The Council will only be reviewing the district zoning amendment this evening.
Also on the agenda is a review of TOT audit guidelines, public art staff costs, a district zoning amendment for the Bell-Shaped Parcel, April through December commercial air service, Town staff restructuring report, and the monthly economic forecast.
Service recognition awards will also be presented to Community Development Director Mark Wardlaw and Police Officer Luke Schwartzkopf.
