After a search of the car Milev admitted to being under the influence of heroin. Milev and Campbell were transported to the Mono County Jail where Milev was found to be carrying just under one ounce of black tar heroin on his person. Milev was arrested for possession and transportation of a controlled substance and Campbell was arrested for assisting in the transportation of a controlled substance.
