The Mammoth Lakes Town Council met in closed session on Wednesday to consider the appointment of a Town Manager. The meeting came just one month after the Council hired Interim Town Manager Marianna Marysheva-Martinez. The Sheet spoke with Mayor Skip Harvey on Tuesday and asked if Council was looking to make MMM permanent already? While he couldn’t say much, he said Council would be exploring the process of how to make an Interim Town Manager, permanent.
Sheet: But is there anyone else on the table?
Harvey: Not that I know of.
There was no reportable action from Wednesday’s closed session, but the Council will meet in closed session again on March 25 at 4 p.m. to discuss the same topic.
