The forecast is still calling for cold weather throughout the upcoming weekend, but tennis enthusiasts are encouraged to brave the cold and get out and play this weekend when the Community Center Tennis Courts open on June 4.

Tom Sherry is the Town’s new tennis professional for the Community Center Courts and will offer clinics, camps and private lessons for all ability levels throughout the summer.

Meet Tom on Sunday, June 12 at the Town-hosted “Meet the Pro Day,” held from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Community Center Tennis Courts. You may also contact Tom directly at 707.365.9361 or tennis@thomassherry.com.

For more information on the 2011 tennis season, callĀ 760.934.8989 ext. 222, visit www.townofmammothlakes.com or pick up a copy of the new 2011/12 Annual Mammoth Lakes Recreation Guide available throughout town.
