Bravo, seniors
When Lea Ann Eller asked me to judge Tuesday’s MHS Talent Show, I said yes, because Lea Ann’s too nice to refuse, but I have to admit, my expectations were low.
That night, I was treated to the best show I’ve ever seen at the high school.
And it wasn’t just the talent. What shone through was the Class of 2014’s camaraderie, which was keenly on display during their self-deprecatingly hilarious final group number, where the boys dressed like girls and the girls dressed like boys.
Not only was the show a testament to the talent and charisma of the students, but it was a testament to the faculty and staff and a very popular new Principal (see story p. 5). If you were in the audience Tuesday night, you saw something very, very special.
