MLBOR (Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors) has reached out to homeowners within our communities asking for anyone who had an interest in offering their home for short or long-term lease to the families affected by the Round Fire. Thus far, MLBOR has helped to connect 3 families.

The MLBOR Community Outreach Committee has also set up a GoFundMe Account for long term needs and to help with planting new trees and shrubs.

The Mission Statement of the COC committee includes the following: “As a real estate community we have set a goal to provide funds to buy trees, plants, shrubs, garden equipment and erect a remembrance monument to commemorate all who were involved. Our goal is to raise $50,000 Please join us in our effort to restore, re-beautify and remember this beautiful place that it is. The account link is: http://www.gofundme.com/nzyqgw
