Finishing 32nd in the State wasn’t enough for Mammoth High School runner Toby Qualls, who entered the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships West Regional Race on Dec. 4. The young running sensation came in second place, one mere second behind the winner with a time of 17:28.

Qualls will  now take a two week break before he starts training for the track season.
