Letters: Fix your lifts!

  • by Sheet Staff

Dear Rusty and Company,

Reasonable expectations are not being met on a daily basis on Mammoth Mountain. Dec. 30 was a perfect example as lifts opened … then closed … then opened again … all day and all over the Mountain. I hesitate to blame lift operations, because if the top brass cared, this consistent issue wouldn’t arise so often.

Mountain management: park the burrito cats and take your heads out of your … rhymes with: Black PASS. Focus on running your lifts correctly on a daily basis. We all get it when the weather doesn’t cooperate, but days such as [Dec. 30] are unacceptable and all too common. FIX YOUR LIFTS!
