High Sierra Striders, local running club in the Eastern Sierra, has resumed weekly training practices. Speed practice will be held each Tuesday at Shady Rest Park in Mammoth Lakes at 7-8:30 a.m., led by Andrew Kastor, and from 6-7:30 a.m., led by Doug Will.   On Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. at Mammoth Creek Park runners will meet for various hilly-type runs. Bring clothes for a social dinner after the run. Runners at all levels are invited to attend the practices.
