On Oct. 15, Zumba instructors Kaysie Williams and Danetha Doe host a Party in Pink Zumba event from 10:30 a.m.-noon at SAC, 51 Club Drive in Mammoth. Tickets: just $10, open to the public.
And on Oct. 22, go Passionately Pink for the Cure® with the willPower & grace® team at Snowcreek Athletic Club on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. for one hour and 15 minutes of empowering barefoot movement! Huskies move Homecoming date
The Mammoth Huskies have moved the date for the school’s Homecoming events. According to an update on the Mammoth High School Boosters website, Lucerne Valley recently dropped its football program, so the Oct. 14 JV and Varsity games have been cancelled.
Homecoming is moved to Oct. 21 verus Mojave; the dance is on Oct. 22.

“Wild Spirits” celebration
Have a fun evening while supporting Eastern Sierra Wildlife Care during its Sixth Annual “Wild Spirits” fundraiser at Mountain Light Gallery Bishop, on Sunday, Oct. 23, from 6-8 p.m. This year the event honors the warm-hearted people of the Eastern Sierra.
