Shanahan heading for Waterloo
Vikings 26, Cards 17. The ‘Skins should trade QB Donovan McNabb to the Cards. More later.
Saints 27, Panthers 13. For some reason the Panthers are still considered an NFL team. Right now, the GM is having Bill Cowher do roster evaluations from the CBS studios ‘cause that job is his next year.
Browns 24, Patriots 23. The Patriots are not the best team in football and shouldn’t have the best record.
Ravens 16, Dolphins 13. The Ravens, unlike the Steelers, will blitz the hell out of QB Chad Henne.
Lions 27, Jets 17. I told you before the season, the Lions will win about 6 games and having QB Matthew Stafford back makes the offense even more potent. The Ravens have no cornerbacks and the Lions have Calvin “Megatron” Johnson at WR. That is the best nickname in football. Megatron.
Giants 24, Seahawks 14. Giant QB Eli Manning is a mental midget and the crowd noise will piss him off. But the Seahawks have a sieve for an offensive line and the Giants will put some heat on ancient Seattle QB Matt Hasselbrokenback.
Colts 28, Eagles 20. Eagle QB Michael Vick is back. Problem is, thye rest of the team retmains the same.
Da Raidaas 24, Chiefs 16. The Chiefs and their porta-potty training are skating by, but don’t be fooled. And the Raidaaas are playing ball now. I told ya QB Jason Campbell couldn’t be that bad. He is throwing the ball downfield now.
Packers 27, Cowboys 13. The White House has declared the Dallas Cowboys a federal disaster area.
Brett Favre. Did you see that punk’s Oscar-worthy performance last week. He ran around on that ankle all game while it was supposedly “broken in two places.” Come on. Who is buying that s$#t?
Then he got hit in the CHEST and the lineman’s helmet slid under his facemask and busted his chin open. After his chin got busted, it was as if he got blasted by a shotgun and had his leg amputated. He couldn’t even walk? His chin got hit and he wasn’t woozy and didn’t have a concussion and crumpled to the ground like he was knocked out.
I have seen people getting concussions all season and no one else had to ride out of the stadium on a cart, curled up in the fetal position while the trainer spooned his punk ass and held the gauze to his chin to stop the bleeding.
After the game he was standing at the podium joking and smiling and telling everyone “I got hit real hard.” He goes out of his way to boost his own legend and the media eats is up.
Randy Moss. Wow. He screwed over another team with his dumbass behavior and less than a day later another team takes a risk on him. And guess what someone has said already “If anyone can keep him in line and get the best out of him, Bill Belichick can.” Oh, sorry that was a mistake “ … Jeff Fisher can.”
This screams one thing … desperation. Titan Coach Jeff Fisher has mismanaged the QB situation with Kerry Collins and Vince Young thing, and is concerned about Young’s behavior and leadership … so he brings in a guy (Moss) who hasn’t behaved anywhere to work with a QB with character issues? That is ignorant.
Vince Young doesn’t have command of that team and now Moss is going to run him over.
Let’s quit giving Jeff Fisher so much love. He mismanages his team. He ran Eddie George into the ground and wasn’t smart enough to learn from that so now he is running his current back into the ground.
The Jets had two weeks to prepare for a Packer defense that couldn’t stop me from scoring and had a total of zero points. That was pitiful. And fun to watch. Loved every minute of it.
The Bengals lost again. Another “I’m Loving It” moment. The experts have bailed on this team so fast it’s like they never even picked them to win. T.O. Tick tock. tick tock. Last week, he didn’t even try to catch one pass in the end zone and then refused to try and tackle the DB who intercepted another one. Tick Tock.
Since Randy Moss just tried to prove he is the biggest jerk in football, T.O. has a major meltdown in the works. Just wait. He is buying extra lip gloss for the press conference right now.
Redskin Head Coach Mike Shanahan is on a little Napoleon trip. He went off on DT Albert Haynesworth for a month and now has benched McNabb during the 2-minute drill ‘cause McNabb wasn’t as suited as REX GROSSMAN to run the drill. Seriously, Rex Grossman? Then, after everyone, even the dumbass experts, dogged him he came up with a different explanation. HE said the next day that McNabb wasn’t “in good enough physical shape” to run the two-minute offense.
I said before the season that giving Shanahan too much power, which he wielded and eventually showed he wasn’t worthy of having in Denver, was utterly ridiculous. And now they are screwed. Shanahan is greasing the skids to let McNabb walk after the season is over. Why? So his dumbass son (the ‘Skins current offensive coordinator) can install Rex Grossman as the QB, who his son trusts since he worked with him on the Texans. Unbelievable. If you want to insult someone and make sure they don’t come back to your team, just tell the whole world that they are a worse QB than Rex Grossman. How he could stand on a podium in front of people who have watched more than a single football game and say “Rex Grossman was more suited” to do anything related to playing QB is impossible for me to understand. And today they worked out JaMarcus Russell and J.P. Losman? They have zero respect for McNabb.
QB Jay Cutler says the Bears didn’t ask him his opinion about acquiring Randy Moss. Why would they? Cutler still thinks he is a franchise QB. Delusional.
Politics
Election season gets me every time. Every time, no matter the political party, hey tell me how “the American people have spoken and they want us back in office.”
As if it makes a difference.
They are all lying. Every four years or so, the country switches back to the other party in hopes of changing things that will never change. If you go to vote thinking you are voting for someone who is really going to change something, you are wasting your time.
You should vote for the people who won’t do things. That is what I do. I vote democratic for the most part because I know Democrats won’t typically: 1. Take away abortion rights, 2. Twist the tax laws to aid the rich and large corporations and 3. Waste my time and money trying to prevent gays, blacks and women from having rights.
But for the Dems, they couldn’t help themselves the past two years. Gave in to the insanity. Thought they were going to reform health care, fix skyrocketing medical costs and the Social Security system …
Being a senator or representative has nothing to do with changing anything. It is all about power, enforcing your ridiculous moral beliefs on other people (while you are cruising rest area bathrooms on the weekend) and setting yourself up for a bunch of money from lobbyists and a job from them when you are done. And that is all.
Swagger: It depends, probably something hard and kickin.’
Sheet: Come on, gimme something.
Swagger: I don’t know … maybe “Start Me Up.”
